Dustin Samuelian

Dustin is the owner and principal lending manager for Cottonwood Lending Group (CLG), which is a wholesale mortgage brokerage specializing in residential and commercial real estate financing products. He’s an industry veteran of 17 years working for large direct lending companies during that time until ultimately starting his own mortgage company in 2022. He is a multiple presidents club award winning loan officer and a Scottsman’s Guide top loan officer for volume and units nationwide for 2024-2025 and ranked 247th for mortgage brokers overall.
